INGREDIENTS:
1: 150 grams butter melted
2: 1 cup of brown sugar
3: 1 egg
4: 1 tsp vanilla
5: 1|2 cup of plain flour
6: 1|3 cup of self raising flour
7: 1|4 cup cocoa
8: 3|4 cup coconut
for chocolate icing:
1: 1 cup of icing sugar
2: 1 tbs butter
3: 2 tsp boiling water
4: 2 tbs cocoa
METHOD:

Preheat oven to 180c on bake.
Put melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl, then stir.
Sift flours and cocoa and coconut into the bowl and mix well.
put in a baking tin, and bake for 20 minutes.
Put icing sugar and butter in a bowl. Mix in boiling water, until smooth then put cocoa in as well
the mix.
when the slice is out of the oven, cool for 10 minutes. Then ice the chocolate slice, then sprinckle coconut on top of slice.
