Gluten free pizza dough
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1 and a half tsp of baking powder
1 egg
3 tbsp melted cocoanut oil
half a cup of water cold or hot not boiling though
and pinch of salt
Method:
1:Put flour and baking powder and salt in a bowl .
2:Next melt the cocoanut oil then make a hole in the dry ingredients and put the water, egg, and oil in
3: Mix with your hands until it is dry to roll out.
4: Roll out in a pizza shape and place it on a tray in the oven for 10 minute on bake on 200c or if you want it faster and risk burning it turn it on fan forced
5: then when cooked place what ever toping's you want on it then cook it for another 2 minutes the enjoy
